How/Details:

The GM/CEO runs the Level 10 meeting using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework. These meetings are designed to foster alignment and solve the most important issues impacting the business. The agenda includes:

• Scorecard Review: Analyze metrics to measure company health.
• Rock Review: Evaluate progress on quarterly goals.
• Customer/Employee Headlines: Discuss wins or concerns.
• To-Do List Review: Verify completion of previous tasks.
• Issue Solving (IDS): Identify, Discuss, and Solve pressing issues.

Meeting Recap Process

What: A recap of the meeting sent to the team with holding company CCed after each session.

Why: To keep the holding company informed about the portfolio company's performance and progress.

How:
