Process for Updating the ninety.io Scorecard

Step 1: Log In to ninety.io Portal

• Access the ninety.io platform using your login credentials.
• Navigate to the "Scorecard" section.

Step 2: Review Measurables

• Identify approximately 12 to 15 measurables listed within the scorecard for the current reporting period.
• You can see each measurable by clicking onto it in the table that has all the scorecard measurables

Step 3: Access Data Reports

• Click the provided links associated with each measurable to access the detailed reports containing the necessary data.
• inside of each Measurable there is a link to a Service Titan report.

Step 4: Enter Data into Scorecard

• Extract the required data from each report.
• Physically enter the extracted data into the appropriate data fields within the scorecard in ninety.io.

• This process is performed as part of the bi-weekly Level 10 meetings, transitioning soon to a weekly schedule.
