We pay the technicians an incentive for every 5-Star Google Review that we receive. Each review is worth $100 which is split equally among all 3 technicians, unless a specific technician is mentioned by name in the review. In which case, that technician receives the full $100.

Details:

The review must stay up on our Google profile for at least 4 weeks before the incentive is paid out.

The incentive is paid to technicians via payroll as a bonus on their paycheck.

Steps:

  1. When we receive a 5-Star Google review, enter the review information onto the Google Reviews Tracker spreadsheet.
  2. In your payroll notes, navigate to the payroll that the incentive should be paid out on.
  3. Enter the technician’s name, dollar amount of the incentive, and the name of the customer who left the review.
  4. When you run payroll, add the bonus to the technician’s paycheck in BBSI.
