Today is a back-office management company that handles finance, accounting, customer service, and dispatch operations for service businesses. Our first client is All Dry Services of Sacramento, a water damage and restoration company. Today supports All Dry's front-line operations by ensuring seamless back-office processes.

Global Team, Local Hours

The employees of All Dry are based in Sacramento, while Today’s employees are globally distributed, primarily located in the Philippines, South Africa, and LATAM. Despite our geographic distribution, we operate collectively within Pacific Time working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support as needed.

Digital Office Environment (Roam)

All collaboration and communication occur within Roam (ro.am), our digital office environment. Roam facilitates real-time presence, dialogue, and collaboration.

Key Roam Guidelines:

• Work Hours: Globally remote employees must be actively present in Roam during designated hours.
• Lunch & Other Breaks: Employees should set an away message when stepping away.
• Communication: Persistent presence is crucial for real-time job updates and smooth communication between the Back Office and North American teams.

Meetings & Schedule

Daily Stand-up (8:00 AM PT, Bunker Meeting Room in Roam)

• All team members attend (Technicians, Front Office, North American & Global team).
• Arrive 2-3 minutes early for prompt start.
• Review daily schedule and tasks.

Daily Recap

• Submit an end-of-day recap to the All Dry North American Team group in Roam.
