When a document such as a Service Authorization or Certificate of Satisfaction needs to be sent to a customer for a signature, you will need to download the document from Service Titan and send it out via an electronic signing service called Sign Now, then upload the signed document back onto the job in Service Titan.

Steps:

1. Download the document from the job in Service Titan.
2. Upload the document to Sign Now and send it out for signature.
3. Once you receive the signed document, simply navigate to the job in Service Titan, scroll down to History, click on the attachment button and upload the document.
