This document outlines the two-step onboarding process for plumbers joining the All Dry Alliance affiliate program using the All Dry mobile app. The goal is to enable easy tracking of referrals and ensure advocates are paid correctly and promptly.

Step 1: Company Admin Signup

Owner/Admin Onboarding into the All Dry App

  • Emiliano guides the admin to install the All Dry mobile app using a QR code.

  • Admin at partner location completes the signup process on the spot.

Step 2: Adding Field Employees as Advocates

• After the company account is set up, Emiliano instructs the admin to invite their team by “adding advocates”
  • Technicians
  • Plumbers
  • Installers
  • Any field staff who can send referrals
• Admin sends invites directly through the app to add these users as advocates.

Step 3: Field Employee Submits Referral from Job Site via App

• Once added as an advocate, the field employee opens the All Dry mobile app.
• From the job site, they submit a referral by entering:
  • Customer name and contact info
  • Type of damage (water or mold)
  • Brief notes or photos (if applicable)
• Referral is automatically tracked in the system for verification and payout.
