What: EOS quarterly session with management team to evaluate prior quarter and setup next quarter

Why: Simple system for accountability & traction

When: Completed by the last Tuesday of the month, as this content is part of the owner business review

How/Details:

In our portfolio companies, we embrace EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) quarterly planning because it provides the structure and focus necessary to drive meaningful progress.

Running a business without a clear plan is like sailing without a map—you may move, but you won’t necessarily reach your destination. Quarterly planning through EOS helps ensure we’re setting the right priorities, aligning our teams, and addressing challenges with discipline and clarity.

As an operating company you are required to have gone through quarterly planning with your management team (and if elected an implementer) prior to the owner business review. Owner business reviews take place on the last Thursday of the month. Many companies go through EOS quarterly planning the first or second week of the month.
