Email overview of prior months performance with update financial statements (P&L, BS, CF)

Asynchronous review of financial performance w/ qualitative insight from GM/CEO

When:

By EOD on the first Thursday after the 15th of each month

How/Details:

On the Thursday after the 15th of each month it is expected for you to email me ([email protected]) the prior months financial statements. In this email you should include a qualitative overview of how the last month went and a couple comments on how the current month is shaping up.

I do not expect this to take more than 30 minutes. A simple stated review of the financials, some insight into why things landed where they did and how the current month is looking. This is also a good time to include any specific asks or needs you have from me, plus any other relevant information from the prior month.
