We receive leads from various sources, including paid sources which we call PPLs. PPLs charge us for every lead they send to us.  When they send us a lead that is not qualified, then we are allowed to dispute the lead so that we don't have to pay for it.

A non-qualified lead is one that we are unable to provide services to, because of any of the following reasons:

  1. The caller is not the homeowner.
  2. The caller does not have an active water damage or mold issue.
  3. The caller is outside of our service area.

Steps:

  1. A call comes in.
  2. Navigate to the Calls tab in Service Titan and click on the flashing green icon with the Caller ID.
  3. Make note if the lead source on the flashing green icon is any one of the six PPLs.
  4. During the call, you determine that the lead is not qualified.
  5. Log into the PPL platform for the particular lead source that the call came from.
  6. Dispute the lead and request a refund.
