We receive leads from various sources, including paid sources which we call PPLs. PPLs charge us for every lead they send to us. When they send us a lead that is not qualified, then we are allowed to dispute the lead so that we don't have to pay for it.
A non-qualified lead is one that we are unable to provide services to, because of any of the following reasons:
- The caller is not the homeowner.
- The caller does not have an active water damage or mold issue.
- The caller is outside of our service area.

Steps:
- A call comes in.
- Navigate to the Calls tab in Service Titan and click on the flashing green icon with the Caller ID.
- Make note if the lead source on the flashing green icon is any one of the six PPLs.
- During the call, you determine that the lead is not qualified.
- Log into the PPL platform for the particular lead source that the call came from.
- Dispute the lead and request a refund.
