When a customer gets referred to us by an affiliate, we pay the affiliate an incentive. They receive a total of 5% of the job total which is paid out like this: The affiliate receives $200 after we book the inspection, and the remaining 5% of the job total (5% minus the $200 we’ve already paid) after the job is complete and the customer pays us.

Steps for signing up a new affiliate:

When an affiliate signs up with us, we assign them a unique tracking phone number that is just for them to give out to their customers, so that when the customer calls us on that unique number, our system is able to identify which affiliate sent us the call.

  1. Salesperson signs up the affiliate at: https://alldryalliance.com/
  2. A unique tracking phone number is assigned to the customer automatically via Slicktext and Slicktext sends a text message to the alliance partner with their unique tracking#.
  3. Affiliate gives out the unique tracking# to customers that they want to refer to All Dry.

Steps for tracking affiliate referral calls:

When an affiliate refers a job to us, they give their unique tracking# to the customer to call us on.

  1. Customer calls the unique tracking# and Service Titan recognizes the lead source as "GA AFFILIATES".
  2. Book the inspection.
  3. Log into Ringba to identify who the affiliate is.
  4. Click on reporting, then click on default.
  5. Scroll down to Call Details and locate the call.
  6. The affiliate is listed as the Publisher.
