Account Setup & Access

• Each referral partner has one shared login for the company. ie; ABC Plumbing
• If the referral partner has multiple users using the app, and we use the "referred by" line on the submission form.

Two Ways to Submit Referrals

ONE: Use the App (Manual Entry)

• Everyone uses the same company-level login.
• When submitting, manually complete the “Referred By” field in the notes or description.
  • Example: “Referred by Mike @ Mike’s Plumbing”

TWO: Call All Dry Rep to Submit (By Emiliano)

• Field reps can text/email referral details to Emiliano.
• Emiliano clicks the referral link for the company and submits on behalf of the partner.
• This ensures all referrals are tracked and attributed properly.
