In these meetings, we bring together the insights, expertise, and perspectives of our board members to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and ensure we’re making decisions that support long-term growth.

• To demonstrate how a business review will run we will be using a fictitious company called “Grilldley’s”.
• 72 hours before the meeting, the GM/CEO distributes the agenda and slide deck.
• All attendees are required to study the board materials in advance of showing up to the meeting
