Rescheduling a job
Steps:
- Customer calls in and would like to reschedule their appointment.
- Find their job in Service Titan by navigating to the Calls screen.
- Type in the customer name, click on their address, and it will take you to a screen with all of their job information.
- Scroll down to the appointment and click on the appointment number.
- Click on the pencil to update the appointment, and make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.

Canceling a Job
Steps:
- Customer calls in and would like to cancel their job, or you receive direction from management to cancel a job.
- Navigate to the Calls tab and enter the customer’s name.
- Select the customer’s address.
- The page will open up to the customer’s record and jobs.
- Select the most recent job by clicking on the job number.
