Rescheduling a job

Steps:

  1. Customer calls in and would like to reschedule their appointment.
  2. Find their job in Service Titan by navigating to the Calls screen.
  3. Type in the customer name, click on their address, and it will take you to a screen with all of their job information.
  4. Scroll down to the appointment and click on the appointment number.
  5. Click on the pencil to update the appointment, and make the necessary changes.
  6. Click Save.

Canceling a Job

Steps:

  1. Customer calls in and would like to cancel their job, or you receive direction from management to cancel a job.
  2. Navigate to the Calls tab and enter the customer’s name.
  3. Select the customer’s address.
  4. The page will open up to the customer’s record and jobs.
  5. Select the most recent job by clicking on the job number.
