We classify jobs in Service Titan for two reasons:
- The call is classified so that the recording gets attached to the correct customer file.
- The call is classified to identify whether a call is a qualified lead or not.
Steps:
- After a call comes in, navigate to the dashboard and click on the call you just completed.
- Select “Id like to reclassify call”.
- Scroll to “Who took the call?” and select the name of the person that answered the call.
- Complete the rest of the options / questions from the dropdown.
- Select Update.
