We classify jobs in Service Titan for two reasons:

  1. The call is classified so that the recording gets attached to the correct customer file.
  2. The call is classified to identify whether a call is a qualified lead or not.

Steps:

  1. After a call comes in, navigate to the dashboard and click on the call you just completed.
  2. Select “Id like to reclassify call”.
  3. Scroll to “Who took the call?” and select the name of the person that answered the call.
  4. Complete the rest of the options / questions from the dropdown.
  5. Select Update.
