Check the daily job schedule in Service Titan to view the team’s availability. Knowing the team’s availability helps with scheduling new jobs as calls come in.

Steps:

  1. Start by navigating to the Dispatch Tab in Service Titan.
  2. Dates are listed at the top of the job board, with the time slots directly beneath it.
  3. Technicians are listed on the left hand side.
  4. Technicians that are on call are highlighted in peach.
  5. Any time slots that need to be blocked off from appointments are highlighted in dark grey. Some examples would be if someone is out of office, or if there is a company meeting, or maybe some kind of training going on. The dark grey bar indicates that the technician is not available for any jobs during the specific time slot that is blocked off.
  6. Availability is indicated by the time slots that do not have any jobs assigned to it.
  7. Jobs are all color coded to indicate status of the appointment.
    1. Blue means the job is scheduled
    2. Purple means the technician has dispatched to the job and they are on their way.
    3. Green means the technician has arrived and is currently working at the job.
    4. Grey means the technician has completed the job.
  8. You can toggle through the dates to view availability if the current day doesn't work for the customer, just find the soonest time slot available.
